Application Rate: 2-3 lbs per 1000 sq ft or 120 lbs per acre

For soil stabilization and low maintenance areas. Low-growing and capable of forming a dense root mass in a hurry. Mature height approximately 16 inches though these grasses tend to flop over creating a mat that reduces the velocity of water flow.

This mix tolerates less than ideal growing conditions. Quick recovery from wear and lack of rainfall and low fertility make this mix a smart choice for low maintenance areas.

Mix Includes:
Perennial Ryegrass - Lolium perenne
Creeping Red Fescue  - Festuca rubra
Creeping Bentgrass - Agrostis stolonifera
