In addition to excellent drought tolerance, PT 301 Water Smarter is disease resist, wear tolerant and salt tolerant. Accepts poor drainage. Deep root system. Suitable for lawns, athletic fields. Effective erosion control. An excellent choice for overseeding and spot repairing tall fescue sod.
