A good choice for those who would like a traditional grass lawn with reduced water needs. Perfect for coastal areas or sandy soil. Combines perennial ryegrass, creeping red fescue and sheep fescue to achieve a lush green color even during periods of drought. Suitable for full sun to dry shade. Growing turf grass under trees with dense leaf canopies and/or shallow root systems can be especially challenging since they prevent light rain from penetrating the leaf canopy and then soak up any water that does get through. We created PT 310 Lush Lawn for these challenging areas.
