Crimson clover, Trifolium incarnatum, is an annual legume that can be used in organic farming/gardening, for pollinator enhancement or as a cover crop for soil improvement or stabilization. Plant seeds in the fall for a winter cover or early spring in colder climates. 

Crimson clover supplies all the benefits of a cover crop, which include: capturing nitrogen, controlling erosion, supplying organic matter and suppressing weeds. Grows approximately 18-24 inches and flowers late May to June. Our crimson clover is uncoated seed.
