Our most drought tolerant conventional turf is a 3-way turf type tall fescue blend, featuring Rhizomatous Tall Fescue, recommended for full sun to partial shade. In addition to excellent drought tolerance, PT 301 Water Smarter is disease resist, wear tolerant and salt tolerant. Accepts poor drainage. Deep root system. Suitable for lawns, athletic fields and erosion control. Also an excellent choice for overseeding and spot repair of tall fescue sod.
